Vom 30. Januar bis zum 8. Mai 1945 herrschen die Nationalsozialisten. Schon 1928 erklärt die NSdAP: „Wer an Mann-männliche oder Weib-weibliche Liebe denkt, ist unser Feind“. Zerstörung von Magnus Hirschfelds Institut für Sexualwissenschaft am 6. Mai 1933, Zerschlagung der ersten Frauenbewegung, Auflösung von Vereinen und Lokalen und damit der Infrastruktur der homosexuellen Emanzipationsbewegung. Schwule und Lesben werden verfolgt, viele inhaftiert, gefoltert und ermordet.
