Digest: Wie von Alters her ist es üblich, dass der Bischof zur Verpflichtung des neuen Vizedoms ins Kapitel (untere Kapitelsstube) kommt. Würtzburg kam also in dieses extra anberaumte Kapitel, man zeigte ihm an, was man bzgl. der Bestallung vereinbart hatte und im Anschluss leistete Wichsenstein seine Pflicht gegenüber dem Bischof und dem Domdekan (stellvertretend für das Kapitel): unnd darauff vom herren Thumbdechant von Capitels wegen ayd Inn namen hoch unnd vilermeltz meines gl fursten und herren und eines Ehr: ThumCapitels furgehallten, welcher auch Er von Wichssenstein imt auffgehobenen fingern wolfurt und geschworen.
