The humanities and social sciences vocabulary, created between 1972 and 2015, is used for the bibliographic indexing of literature in the historical religious studies and is published in French and English translation. It is used for indexing bibliographic references in the FRANCIS database "History and Religious Studies" (1972 to 2015, http://pascal-francis.inist.fr/). It contains numerous religious studies and theological terms and names for religious movements and practices. However, it also contains some (very incomplete) people and buildings of a religious nature. The focus of the recording is on ecclesiastical practices of the Catholic Church. The vocabulary also contains some Spanish terminologies. It was transferred by the Service Loterre, a platform for multidisciplinary scientific terminologies, to an API-enabled SKOS instance and can be accessed there in a variety of formats.
