Digest: Eigentlich war für heute ein Wahltag anberaumt, aber nach dem Vortrag der Kapitulare Groß von Trockau und Franz Ludwig Erthal wird dieser auf September verschoben. In Zukunft sollen alle Procuratioria angenommen werden, egal in welchem Zustand der Kapitular ist, aber der Vertreter darf dies in keinem Fall dazu ausnützen seine eigene Stimme zu verdoppeln; es sei denn es gibt ein medizinisches Gutachten. Das Rotenhanische Votum wird daher zukünftig ohne weitere Diskussion angenommen, aber es ist nicht für einen Domizellaren gültig. Die Scrutatoren bleiben die selben; bei Verhinderung wählen sie selbst einen Vertreter. Ein paar Kapitulare kommen jedoch nicht als Scrutatoren in Frage. (German) | |||
