The present installation is by default in English. Anyone with an account can login and change that to German or any other language (in the Preferences section on top). The software is multi-lingual but it needs training and most of the input has - so far - been done in German. The ideal solution will offer a multilingual interface, so that even users without an account can switch languages to their preferences.
