If you do not have an account yet - that is the first thing we should offer (but do read our Policy Note before you contact the technical coordinator).
The present installation is by default in English. Anyone with an account can login and change that to German or any other language (in the Preferences section on top). The software is multi-lingual but it needs training. German and English are so far the two languages it speaks with greater proficiency. The ideal solution will offer a multilingual interface, so that even users without an account can switch languages to their preferences.
