Roscher's Lexicon of Mythology, though outdated, is still the most comprehensive source on mythical names, especially when it comes to Greek and Roman mythology. It also has a lot of articles on mythological and religious figures from the Sumeran, Babylonian, Egyptian, Celtic, Germanic and other neighbouring cultures.
