Versammlung findet bei Bode statt
Bode soll im Auftrag von Weishaupt (Spartacus) versiegelte Schreiben der Anwesenden einsammeln, in denen sie darlegen sollen, wie sie dem Orden dienlich sein wollen. Goethe (Abaris) und Burgholzhausen (Philostratus) sollen ebenfalls informiert werden. Sie sind nicht anwesend
Bode schlägt vor, in Jena eine Freimaurerloge und eine Minervalkirche zu errichten, da dort viele Studierende Interesse an der Freimaurerei zeigten. Schardt erinnert daran, dass seit 1766/67 alle Orden in Jena verboten sind. Die Entscheidung wird vertagt
Überlegungen in Weimar eine Kirche einzurichten. Herzog Carl August und Goethe könnten aber nicht sofort teilnehmen und stünden daher für Ämter vorerst nicht zur Verfügung
